What an amazing and breathtaking morning!
Emma and I decided to rise early this morning and enjoy some outdoor activities before the blazing Texas heat settled in for the day. We took a bike ride on one of the trails in Bastrop State Park.
The park is full of Lost Pine trees and was still cool under the canopies of all the trees this morning. We finished off the morning by jumping into the Colorado river for a swim. (We are both exhausted now – lol)
With all the “scares” I have had in the last couple of years, I have made a conscious decision to make sure to “enjoy the ride”! I am stressing less on my businesses and I feel good about this.
Don’t get me wrong, I DO STILL value my businesses and my customers; however, I think that if I am more centered, I can give more value to both. Stress only leads to high blood pressure and wrinkles.
