I came to the conclusion today, that I have to start treating this business just like I treat my tax practice. I never even think about deadlines in my tax practice, they are automatic because I have been doing them for close to 30 years.
Shifting my mindset is a real eye opener for me and I hope that this helps you in your business. This business is NOT a side hustle and should be treated as a business if you want to succeed.
