Yeah – today my son starts his road trip from Denver to home here in Texas.
My middle child lives and works in Denver, Colorado and has since he graduated college. He loves his life there and is prospering. He comes home one time a year since it’s a 17 hour drive and usually alternates each year between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
This year is Thanksgiving and I will have him until the weekend after Thanksgiving. He is also bringing my granddog, Luna, and she goes crazy when he tells her she is going grandma’s house. The love there is mutual.
Skyler, my son, makes it a two day journey since it’s just Luna and himself. So everyone put them in your prayers for a safe trip.
