Boy, I’ve missed you guys!
Talk about 10 days of HELL!
My house was hit by lightning 10 days ago (nobody was in the house at the time) and life as I knew it change for me over the last few days.
Mother nature can sure pull a punch Texas style when she wants to. The hit took out both my satellite dishes that control my TV and internet. It fried my laptop, my desktop, my microwave, 3 TVs, and my coffee maker just to name a few items.
Most of the repairs are now done and while I have not replaced everything yet, it is all in the works. Let me tell you, it was a true test attempting to finish tax season and dealing with Mother nature are the same time!! (Thank God, I had backups on drives for all my tax stuff!)
